Reader與Middleware的溝通，甚至是Reader管理系統等，工作小組參考了兩個網路標準：RFC3279 (Algorithms and Identifiers
for the Internet X.509 Public Key Infrastructure Certificate and Certificate
Revocation List Profile)和RFC3280(Internet X.509 Public Key Infrastructure Certificate
and Certificate Revocation List Profile)。
